Honest! Reliable! Kind! Book these people! David and Team were beyond wonderful! We needed repairs done to our roof as part of a seller's agreement. I submitted a request for service in the AM and they responded minutes later. They scheduled a consultation to be done the next day (very fast) and they gave me an estimated cost over the phone prior to the appointment (so helpful). David ended up being in our area later than day so he stopped by and completed service. It was so easy and they were so great! One of the best experiences I've ever had for a service like this!

Fidelis (David) did a repair job for me a little over two years ago. I was very impressed with the professionalism of a company that I only got to know about because he was working on another roof in my subdivision. But I'm very glad I stopped him and asked for his services. Fast forward to two weeks ago when all the smoke detectors went off in my house and there was no fire. The fire department came out and saw I had a small leak that had dripped on one of the detectors and triggered all of the alarms to go off. I called Fidelis the next day and David was out the next morning - just as professional as I remembered him. I highly recommend Fidelis Roofing to anyone needing roof work done. Don't call anyone else!

We are selling our home and the inspection came back requesting a new roof. David came out quickly and inspected our roof and determined there were minor repairs needed that would bring it back to a great roof. David arrived on time, conducted a thorough inspection, and repaired our roof that same day. David was personable, transparent, and took great pride in the quality of his work. I had spoken to a couple of roofing companies and tried multiple suggestions concerning a leak in a bedroom. Finally, I called Fidelis. David was able to come out that same day and he was the first person who was completely honest. "How the water is getting in is a bit of a mystery. Your roof is in great shape on the surface. We're going to have to pull up that section." He explained the entire process step by step using photos he'd taken while up on my roof. He also pointed out some minor maintenance things that needed to be done. I could tell he was very knowledgeable about his trade. The office staff at Fidelis was just as professional. I received the written quote in a timely fashion, they addressed my concerns and informed me of the next steps. The day the work was to be done David and his crew showed up on time, completed the work, and cleaned up after themselves as if they were never there. The next day it rained all day and I'm happy to report the room is dry!!! Mystery solved...Thanks Fidelis!!!

I have had a great roof repair experience with David at Fidelis. I initially went with a different roofing company when I needed repair work done (and they didn’t fix my leaking issues), so I regret not going with Fidelis from the very beginning. Fidelis actually addressed my roof issues rather than pressure me to prematurely replace my entire 10 year old roof like many (many) other dishonest roofing companies I met with previously. Thankfully, David at Fidelis is diligent, hard working, has integrity, and a really nice guy. Rare qualities these days in Roofing it seems. Will absolutely call Fidelis when my roof eventually needs replacing, and refer them to friends/family.

Called Fiedlis Roofing after a leak in 2 bedrooms. Did not expect same day service but David arrived within 20 minutes and took pictures of the roof and problems and swiftly repaired the problems before the rain expected the following day. Thank you David!

David was great. He came out right away, on a rainy Sunday morning to assess the problem and offer solutions. He diverted the leak and as soon as it was sunny again, he came and repaired everything right away. Pleasant, professional, punctual and priced right. What more could you want? Excellent company.

David was top-notch. I had 4 estimates for my repair, and Fidelis was able to beat the rest (in one case by quite a lot). But besides value, I was blown away by all the thorough pictures of the issues and discussions about options. The thing really struck a chord was that he insisted that I get more estimates to see what others could offer. Any time in the past that I have ever had to deal with a roofing company it has been a painful experience... not this time. I couldn’t recommend them any more highly!

The company did an excellent job cleaning off my roof and making sure that there wasn’t any problems with my roof. A+ quality work. Will definitely consider them in the future if I have any issues with my roof.

I love that this is a for Veterans by Veterans company. They are punctual, reliable, and personable. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to repair or replace my roof.

David and his team came out to tarp our roof after a tree fell on it. They were very responsive and flexible with the timing while we waited for a crane to remove the tree. They were the only roof company out of the 10 or 15 that I called who made themselves immediately available for tarping following a large storm.

Dave came out in rainy weather to diagnose a roof leak that I thought had been fixed by two other companies. It turns out that not companies missed some important issues around a chimney coming out of the roof. He came back later in the week and fixed the issues. So far, there has not been any further leaking despite torrential downpours. I highly recommend this honest roofing expert.
